San Francisco: A. M. Robertson, 1926. First Edition. Cloth-backed pictorial boards. (xiii), 236 pages. First Edition. SIGNED/INSCRIBED by the son of author Tirey L. Ford, in ink on the title page, "Best regards from California / Tirey". Cloth-backed Pictorial Boards. Octavo. Index. Profusely illustrated from drawings by Jo Mora. Map Endpapers. A history of the Monterey Peninsula, with a separate chapter on bandit Joaquin Murietta, and a description of the present (1927) area. The book was underwritten by Tirey L.
