Ford, in ink on a front free endpaper, "To Mrs. A. K. Hart. Sincerely yours, Tirey L. Ford". Cloth-backed Pictorial Boards. Octavo. Index. Profusely illustrated from drawings by Jo Mora. Map Endpapers. A history of the Monterey Peninsula, with a separate chapter on bandit Joaquin Murietta, and a description of the present (1927) area. The book was underwritten by Tirey L.
