This was presumably the work of the prior owner, whose name was written in 1922 on the front pastedown. Newspaper clipping regarding death of last member of Donner Perty laid in. Green cloth. 5 3/4" x 8". The first written saga of the Donner Party by lawyer, publisher and author McGlashan of Truckee, California, in this cheaply produced edition, made unique by the tipped-in photographs and text.
