This is an unusual ORIGINAL Wanted Poster for a Husband And Wife who escaped from two separate prisons on two seperate dates, but were thought somehow to be traveling together by automobile. The husband escaped from the Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary on February 28, 1927, The wife escaped from the Women's Reformatory at Leeds, Missouri on July 7, 1927. They were cashing Pearson, Mississippi U. S. Money Orders "obtained by robbery". A $100 reward is offered for the husband; nothing for the wife. This unique poster conjures up numerous scenarios.
