Hollywood: 1964. This is an ORIGINAL 8" x 10" glossy black and white photograph of actor STEVE McQUEEN (1930-1980) and his then wife Neile Adams at the 36th Academy Award Presentations in 1964. Born in 1930 and following a trouibled childhood, Steve McQueen joined the United States Marine Corps. Discharged in 1950, he attended acting school at Sanford Meisner's Neighborhood Playhouse, and embarked upon a very successful career in movies including The Magnificent Seven, The Great Escape, Love With The Proper Stranger, The Thomas Crown Affair, Bullitt, The Sand Pebbles and many others. Sadly, he died prematurely from mesothelioma at age 50. A fine copy, now in a clear 4mil mylar protective envelope. Fine / 4-mil clear mylar envelope. Item #2960
