Directed by John Huston. Screenplay by John Huston and Truman Capote. Folded stapled pictorial wrappers. 8 1/2" x 11" (folded); 17" x 11" (opened). 18 pages plus printed wrappers. Variously described today as "camp", "black comedy", "satire" and "spoof", "Beat The Devil" was originally advertised as a Bogart adventure-crime movie, as reflected in the advertisements and campaigns described in this pressbook. The film has become a cult classic, its hilariojus dialogue, by Huston and Capote, often committed to memory by devoted fans.
