San Francisco: United Airlines, 1975. First Edition. This is an ORIGINAL poster by United Airlines for "SAN FRANCISCO". The poster has been expertly linen-backed for preservation and ease of handling. 22" x 28" with a 1 3/4" white border. The poster features a beautigul young woman next to the late Anthony "Tony" Cresci on Fisherman's wharf with some of the delicious dungeness crabs for which California is justly famous. Tony Cresci (1919-2014) was a partner in the Cresci Brothers crab stand on the Wharf for many years. He was known for his winning personality and colorful hats, one of which is shown here.
